On the heels of victory, the narrator cannot stomach what he has become. A new empire is born that will one day collapse. No peace, no utopia, only fear and death.

Order is restored
The land swept clean of fear and hate
Mankind is reborn
All my dreams are realized
Yet I cannot quell my doubts
Plague of tyrants traded for one
The one to lead us home

Vainglorious and absurd

A flock he trained to kill
Loyalty and unity
Foundations of deceit
The purest form of corruption
The shame of giving in

Senses reawakening
To the madness not undone
