Beginning the destruction of Rome by the Visigoths and Huns, "Savage Triumph" shows both the ecstacy of freedom through violent uprising and the chaos that follows when the savage nature of man is unleashed in a power vacuum.

Rome, the very name evokes the fury in our hearts
They promised justice, truth and light, but they conned us from the start
I was once a man of peace, a farmer of green fields
But they stole my joy when they seized my land, the scars will never heal
Corruption running rampant, I see it day by day
Enslave our kin, enslave our lands, to keep “the mob” at bay
My wife was slain, my sons enchained, more anguish than I could bear
There was a dream once that was Rome; that dream consumed my nightmares
The time has come for vengeance, the pigs must be bled
Annihilate for the motherland, avenge our blessed dead
Hold the severed heads up high for all of Rome to see
The reign of tyrants ends tonight, at long last we are free

That tyrant race from mighty Rome it seems is ripe for plunder
Slow rot spanning centuries, the Empire torn asunder
Scores of Huns, barbarians, storm the palace walls

A trophy held in majesty, at last we’ll have our fill
The scourge of Rome has come undone, a bloated crippled beast
