Chaos reigns!
World at war, once more
As the madman to the east bred his armies of hate,
The battle-weary world watched in silence
The wastelands of the River Somme claimed my father’s life,
Just one of many thousands herded toward the black beyond
We destroyed the youth of yesterday with machinegun symphonies,
What destiny awaits our youth today?
The battle of the empires rages on
The “War to end all Wars” – what fabrication
Alive once were my hopes for peace and freedom,
Now overshadowed by the graves of those who fought and died in vain
And now, I too am summoned to the call
A shallow grave awaits my own untimely fall,
Why not? This world is lost, my life means nothing now!
The peace I sought, my death shall reveal

Bombs burst all around, the evil hordes arrive
Bloody gore, total war, not a soul will be left alive
Man your fighters, ride the wind, annihilate!
Bring them down, one by one, survive, only to kill another day

Roll, spin, dive
Target, aim, fire
Blood will fall from the sky
Where the enemy comes to die
Feel the wrath of the Hurricane
The sting of the Spitfire leaves you slain
Spawn of evil go down in flames

Oh cruel fate what bitter destiny
Burned alive, I’ve lost my dignity
Why am I denied release from pain?
I’d rather die than never fly again

Humiliation, medication, hospital beds
Sterility, insanity, thoughts of madness fill my head
Paralyzed, swell of hatred makes me numb
Want to face my enemy and kill the fucking Nazi scum!

Roll, spin, dive
Target, aim, fire
Blood fell from the sky
Where the enemy came to die
They felt the wrath of the Hurricane
The sting of the Spitfire left them slain
Spawn of evil they drowned in flames

Justice triumphant, yet the sadness ever lingers
Proud to have survived the trials, though my body’s left disfigured
In the shadow of our victory,
I cannot help but wonder what’s beyond
Yet another line of men defined by the sword,
As our establishment keeps calm and carries on
With a legacy of horror,
The blood of millions ever on our hands
I have lived the lies and paid the price of empire
And I will wither as it crumbles into dust
